I’ve been making these for years and the whole family loves them. In fact, this has been consistently the most requested item from my daughter (even more than blue box mac and cheese).

Ingredients
  1. BBQ sauce of your choice.
  2. 1 rack of Pork Loin Ribs
Instructions
  1. Prepare charcoals on one side of your grill. If you're using a gas grill go find another recipe, your in the wrong place.
  2. While coals are heating up go ahead and baste the ribs with one good coat of BBQ Sauce
  3. Once Coals are nice and white hot, place the full rack of ribs bone side up and let cook on the open flame on the side of the grill with the coals for about 5 minutes keeping the lid open.
  4. After 5 minutes remove the ribs from the direct heat side of the grill to the indirect heat side (the side with no coals ). Lay the rack bone side down and apply another coat of bbq sauce and close the lid
  5. Every 5-10 minutes put another coat of sauce on the ribs. The goal here is to use the whole bottle. I like to have a lot of sauce since the sugars in the sauce will caramelize on the ribs.
  6. After about 45-minutes of cut into the ribs on the thick end to check for done-ness. Pull of the grill or cook a little longer if needed.
Notes
  1. Cooking time may vary depending on amount of coals used, size of grill and size of pork loin
